Painting typically takes 3–7 business days. Some pieces need a little longer: oil and acrylic paints need time to dry naturally, and heavily textured canvases cannot be rushed. Shipping takes a further 4–8 business days. From order to delivery, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping worldwide, included in the product price. We use trusted carriers such as FedEx or DHL.

United States: All duties and taxes are fully covered by Aurlona — no extra charges apply.

All other countries and regions: Import duties, destination taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are assessed by the destination’s customs and tax authorities. The amount depends on the destination and applicable local rules. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

The packaging method depends on the option selected at checkout:

Rolled Canvas
The canvas is carefully rolled and shipped in a high-quality hard tube. This option is ideal if you prefer to frame the artwork yourself.

Framed / Stretched Canvas
All framed artworks are protected with multiple layers of premium protective materials. Depending on size, they are either shipped flat in a reinforced box or secured in a custom wooden crate for larger pieces.

Yes, all Aurlona artworks are fully insured during transit, with no additional insurance fee.

Shipping Damage Protection

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damage and packaging, together with your order number, to returns@aurlona.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Our team will provide complimentary after-sales support. Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Photos are essential. They help us work with the carrier on the claim and refund the full canvas price and return shipping costs.

Within 2–3 business days after dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
