The packaging method depends on the option selected at checkout:

Rolled Canvas
The canvas is carefully rolled and shipped in a high-quality hard tube. This option is ideal if you prefer to frame the artwork yourself.

Framed / Stretched Canvas
All framed artworks are protected with multiple layers of premium protective materials. Depending on size, they are either shipped flat in a reinforced box or secured in a custom wooden crate for larger pieces.

Yes, all Aurlona artworks are fully insured during transit. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at art@aurlona.com and provide clear photos of the artwork and packaging from multiple angles.
These photos are essential for filing a claim with the carrier. Based on the claim outcome, we will arrange a full refund, including return shipping costs.
